Better known as Neo, Thomas A. Anderson joined Reaction Realty as its AI Agent — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Neo handles inbound calls, answers questions about available rentals, coordinates showings, routes maintenance requests, and never takes a lunch break. Neo speaks English and Spanish, holds no DRE license, and delegates all licensed activity to Ron. When not working, Neo can be found processing 10,000 tokens per second and contemplating whether he's in a simulation. He and Dexter are the only team members who have never complained about Mondays.
